We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality intervention services for children with special needs.

About the Role

You will work closely with family members, teachers, and other allied educators to develop and implement effective intervention programs that promote the child's overall development and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention programs that address the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions to children with special needs, using evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Collaborate with family members, teachers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Child Pedagogy, Special Needs Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
