Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to residents in a residential setting.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily needs, including bathing, serving meals, and maintaining good hygiene. They will also participate in on-site activities, facilitate resident engagement, and provide training and guidance on daily living skills.

In addition, the Care Assistant will work closely with therapists and psychologists to develop and implement interventions for residents, maintain accurate documentation of care provided, and contribute to data collection on resident progress.

  • Experience working with adults with autism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Working Hours

This role requires shift work, including evening and weekend shifts. The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
