Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. Our fertility clinic provides advanced reproductive services through personalized care and innovative treatments.

  • Ensure accurate and detailed patient notes are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Record all actions promptly and comprehensively.
  • Prepare operating theatres for IVF procedures, including Oocyte Pick-Ups and Embryo Transfers.
Key Responsibilities:

Fertility Services:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinic and patient notes.
  • Coordinate treatments tailored to meet individual patient needs.
  • Record all actions promptly and comprehensively.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver appropriate care.
  • Prepare the operating theatre for IVF procedures.

Patient Care:

  • Deliver exceptional care and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Foster professional relationships with clinical staff to ensure cohesive care delivery.
  • Adhere to established protocols and maintain high standards of practice.
  • Manage patient feedback and complaints effectively.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Operating Theatre, inpatient or outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency in IV cannulation and Phlebotomy is preferred.
  • Valid BCLS certificate.
  • Strong administrative skills.
