Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Lead and train a team of housekeeping employees to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Plan and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Manage and control departmental finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Coordinate with external vendors, including pest control and landscaping services, to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall departmental performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules, inventory management, and supply requisitioning.
