The successful candidate will oversee the efficient delivery of services, focusing on meeting patients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Supervise counter duties and staff, provide guidance and training.
  3. Monitor and optimize patient flow for efficient service delivery and high standards of care.
  4. Handle appointment bookings and inquiries via phone or in person.
  5. Maintain accurate patient records using clinic management software.
  6. Address patient concerns with timely and empathetic resolutions.
  7. Manage inventory, place orders as needed, and handle staff rosters.
  8. Submit claims accurately and manage locum doctors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare managerial role is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with clinic operations and administrative procedures.
  • Proficient in clinic management software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay for effective patient communication.
  • Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Positive attitude with strong leadership skills.
