Job Profile
We are seeking a seasoned culinary expert to lead our food service operations, focusing on designing and delivering world-class menus for inflight and lounge services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor consumer trends to inform menu strategy and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new dishes that meet customer expectations
- Source high-quality local and seasonal produce to enhance authenticity, cost control, and sustainability
- Lead training sessions on plating, presentation, and periodic promotions to elevate customer experience
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for menu improvement and optimize product offerings
- Maintain operational efficiency by coordinating menu planning, serviceware alignment, and inventory management
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in hospitality or culinary arts; 8+ years of experience in premium food service or large-scale catering
- Expertise in global cuisines and dietary requirements to cater to diverse customer needs
- Proven track record of developing high-volume, top-quality food programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills to drive business success
- Proficiency in menu-planning tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office to streamline operations
- Strategic thinking on digital tools and GenAI applications in food service
- Fluent English language skills; Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia proficiency a plus
