- Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced culinary environment.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
