Job Description

As a seasoned operations expert, you will oversee the day-to-day management of all operations, ensuring seamless execution and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include supervising FDW sourcing, documentation, arrival logistics, medicals, matching, deployment, and aftercare. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing team.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and effective communication with overseas agents regarding candidates' status and progress. You will foster a positive work environment by training, supervising, and motivating staff while promoting customer satisfaction through responsive, respectful, and professional service.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze financial data and performance metrics. They will also be well-versed in operations practices and industry-specific knowledge.
