Job Title: Executive Chef - South Indian Cuisine

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in the preparation of high-quality South Indian cuisine.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and management, with experience in a similar role or as a sous chef. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team members to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare menus, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source the freshest ingredients and maintain a stable inventory.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior culinary position.
  • Excellent knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including traditional dishes and modern twists.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
