Job Title: Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, including carrying out printing services, photocopying, laminating, and data management tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their skills in office administration.

About the Role:
  • To carry out heavy-duty printing services for all staff, including printing/photocopying/laminating worksheets, exam papers, circulars, notes, and other materials required by the staff for school/student use.
  • To assist the General Office in reception counter duties.
  • To support the General Office in general duties such as paper and stationery supply management, data management, and archiving and disposal of old documents.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in printing and simple administrative duties.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Able to perform voluminous printing/photocopying/laminating work.
  • Able to independently operate and adept with various office machines, especially heavy-duty copiers, risograph, collator, binding machine, and laminating machine, and can troubleshoot minor issues with office machines.
  • A team player with pleasant disposition and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and have an eye for detail.
