Job Description

This position involves driving the growth of technology strategy and transformation in a region. You will oversee the creation, sale, and delivery of solutions that cater to IT strategy, application, and systems development, as well as business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.
  • Providing trusted advisory services to clients, collaborating closely with them to shape major IT transformation programs.
  • Driving the development of proposals, presentations, and publications in response to market demands.
  • Leading project teams in research efforts and analytics to deliver innovative technology-enabled solutions.
  • Overseeing project teams in undertaking IT assessments, examining alignment of technology elements against key business priorities.
  • Developing recommendations and advising on strategies, governance, architecture, and innovations to optimize configuration of clients' operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience working in IT implementation or IT consulting businesses, preferably leading projects and managing project resources and financials.
  • Demonstrated experience in technology strategy within banking institutions or Telco industries, with exposure to areas such as IT strategy, architecture, operating model design, cloud strategy, and delivery of large technology transformation programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, showcasing executive presence and ability to manage senior client stakeholders.
  • Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
