HSE Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team. As an HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management in our operations.

  • Conduct daily TBM and Mass TBM activities to identify potential hazards and assess risks.
  • Implement control measures and manage risks to prevent accidents and incidents.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective emergency preparedness and response plans.
  • Analyze HSE statistics and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Certificate/Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent.
  • Certificate in Oil Petrochemical Safety Supervisor.
  • Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor.
  • Work at Height Course for Supervisor (advantageous).
  • Certificate in Confined Space Safety Assessor (advantageous).
  • Implementation of Risk Management Course (Bizsafe Level 2) (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of WSH Act & legal requirements.
  • Relevant experience in Process Construction / Oil & Gas Industries (preferable).
