About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of commodity markets, including supply and demand trends, price dynamics, and other relevant factors.
  • Develop and maintain complex models to analyze commodity market data and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to identify investment opportunities and develop effective trading strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with global market trends and insights to inform strategic investment decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in commodities analysis or trading, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of commodity market fundamentals, including supply, demand, and pricing dynamics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VBA, and/or MATLAB for data modeling, statistical analysis, and tool development.
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance, economics, or a related field with an excellent academic track record.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while delivering precise, actionable insights.
