Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our Private Banking team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely onboarding of new clients, while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough source of wealth and risk assessments to approve the onboarding of new accounts.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risk factors associated with new clients.
  • Provide expert advice on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) related matters, including policy, standards, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding processes and minimize risk exposure.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to support business growth while maintaining a strong risk awareness.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • File Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) for rejected prospects due to AML concerns.
  • Approve accounts blocked by the Client Onboarding team for enhanced monitoring.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Private Banking KYC and AML advisory in Singapore.
  • Strong knowledge of MAS regulations and private banking guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
