We are seeking a highly skilled Restructuring and Financial Recovery Specialist to manage and deliver effective solutions for clients facing financial challenges.

As a key member of our insolvency team, you will play a crucial role in managing various modes of corporate and individual restructuring, including liquidation, judicial management, receiverships, scheme of arrangement, and bankruptcy cases.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing corporate and individual restructuring, crisis management, and corporate advisory projects tailored to clients' unique challenges and goals.
  • Conducting financial analysis, evaluating clients' financial health, and developing customized turnaround strategies.
  • Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, creditors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree or professional qualification in accountancy.
  • At least 4 years of proven and relevant insolvency experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in managing client relationships.
