Are you an experienced professional looking to take on a challenging corporate recovery role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a Corporate Recovery Specialist.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our corporate recovery engagements. As a Corporate Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for performing corporate recovery tasks, such as liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring / special accountant and debt restructuring.

You will also be leading advisory services on business strategies based on agreed-upon procedures, due diligence engagements and business advisory. This will include preparing letters, notices, emails, reports-writing, restructuring proposals, and information gathering from books / records of clients and third parties.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in restructuring and insolvency, with excellent communication and reporting-writing skills. You will be able to read financial statements, have numeric sense/ acumen, financial analysis/ review skills, and be able to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably accounting.
  • 3-6 years of relevant restructuring experience.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions.
  • Good team player, family culture.
