Senior Restructuring Specialist

Corporate Recovery Professional
">- Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
- Advisory/accounting firm
- Candidates must have relevant restructuring insolvency experience
Responsibilities would include:
">- Perform corporate recovery engagements, including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring/special accountant and debt restructuring
- Lead advisory services on business strategies based on agreed-upon procedures, due diligence engagements and business advisory
- Preparing letters, notices, emails and reports writing, restructuring proposals
- Information gathering from books/records of clients and third parties, investigation of past transactions
- Ensure high service standards and reporting deadlines are met
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably accounting
- Good communication and reporting-writing skills, understand basic financial statements/balance sheet
- Able to read financial statements, have numeric sense/acumen, financial analysis/review skills
- Years of experience: 3-6 years of relevant restructuring experience
- Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
- Good team player, family culture
