About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restructuring and Insolvency professional to join our team as an Associate/Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insolvency laws and practices, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily tasks on restructuring and insolvency engagements assignments, including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring/accountant, debt restructuring, and personal insolvency work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client personnel.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, creditors, and other advisors.
  • Prepare draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Reconstruct accounting records from incomplete information.
  • Undertake investigative work to recover assets for the insolvent estate.
  • Participate in client meetings.
  • Assist seniors with company analysis, including financial modeling where necessary, and department networking/marketing activities.
  • For insolvency work, attend to statutory and compliance matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or other relevant field.
  • Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience for Associate role, minimum 2 years of experience for Senior Associate role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
