We are seeking a Senior Restructuring Professional to join our team in Singapore.
Job DescriptionA Senior Consultant/Vice President is required to lead turnaround strategies for clients in financial distress. This role will involve reviewing financial positions, conducting financial analysis, and developing restructuring proposals. Additionally, the successful candidate will support the team with insolvency and restructuring engagements, including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, financial, and operational restructuring.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective turnaround strategies for clients in financial distress;
- Conduct financial analysis and review financial positions to identify areas for improvement;
- Support the team with insolvency and restructuring engagements, including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, financial, and operational restructuring;
- Establish clear understanding of clients and associated industries;
- Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with them;
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients and stakeholders; and
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency and/or audit;
- Possesses a Degree in accountancy, finance, or business or professional qualification(s) in accounting;
- Knowledge of insolvency regulations in Singapore and corporate restructuring and insolvency practices;
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
- Resourceful and able to see the big picture;
- Street smart and possess common sense;
- Able to work fast, creatively, and collaboratively in a time-sensitive environment.
This role is based in Singapore, and only candidates who are based in Singapore and have the necessary work permits/authorizations are eligible to apply.
