We are seeking a seasoned Restructuring Expert to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who want to take on a challenging role in corporate restructuring and insolvency.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements, including liquidations, receiverships, judicial management, schemes of arrangement, and corporate voluntary arrangements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Leverage your expertise to lead and manage full lifecycle corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements with minimal supervision.
    • Supervise, coach, and review the work of team members to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, creditors, debtors, lenders, directors, shareholders, regulators, valuers, auditors, tax agents, and legal advisors.
    • Oversee statutory filings, notices, and court submissions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
