Job Title: Shipping AssistantAbout the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a global supply chain service provider.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in preparing shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists.

The successful candidate will support letters of credit (LC) documentation and submission to banks, update and maintain order/shipment status in Excel and internal systems, coordinate with forwarders and shipping lines for booking and delivery arrangements, follow up on shipments, customs clearance, and provide updates to customers.

In addition, the role involves working closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and performing general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • A minimum Certificate/Diploma in Shipping Operations, Logistics, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in order processing and shipping, preferably.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
