We're seeking a skilled and diligent Supporting Producer to join our production team.

This hands-on role involves supporting lead producers across multiple projects, handling logistics, coordinating with clients and crew, and contributing to the management of tasks and resources.

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and respect for colleagues and stakeholders
  • The capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
  • A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in production or a related field, preferably in commercials or digital content
  • Familiarity with post-production workflows is advantageous
