Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Associate to join our healthcare team. This role requires exceptional patient care and administrative support skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis position involves assisting in scheduling appointments, registering patients, providing basic medical care assistance as needed, and data entry of patient particulars into the hospital system.
You will also handle phone calls and enquiries, providing information and performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum GCE N/O or 'A' Levels / Diploma and above
- A keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry
- No prior experience necessary, as full training will be provided
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to start work immediately
