Job Summary:

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience in compliance and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and be able to provide expert guidance to the business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk-based compliance programs to mitigate potential risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regulatory advisory services to ensure the Trust business is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the business units to identify and address any compliance issues.
  • Deliver compliance training and support to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance or risk management in the financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of the Trust Companies Act and/or Trustee Act.
