Executive Leasing Manager Job

This role involves developing and implementing leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy and business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate leasing strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy levels.
  • C coordinate departmental activities to ensure alignment with leasing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships, addressing and resolving issues promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Retail Leasing Objectives

  • Manage leasing enquiries, arrange viewings, and liaise with prospective tenants and agents.
  • Secure new-to-market, local, and international brands through building a strong tenant pipeline.
  • Lead and track lease negotiations for new leases and renewals to maintain high occupancy levels.
  • Handle all tenancy-related matters and perform other duties as assigned.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and secure new market segments.
  • Gather and analyse market data on comparable projects for reporting and decision-making.
  • Prepare sales performance reports, annual forecasts, and monthly management reports.
