Director of Customer Engagement

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Director of Customer Engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and driving awareness of its affiliated properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote gaming products and services to target market segments, with a focus on Premium players.
- Develop strong professional relationships with new and existing Premium players to drive incremental visitation to Marina Bay Sands.
- Ensure excellent customer experience is the focal point of customer touchpoints and interactions.
- Manage complimentaries in alignment with customer reinvestment strategies.
- Provide accurate information for credit line recommendations.
- Follow up with credit patrons and liaise with Premium Account Management for payment.
Requirements
- Highly motivated, self-manageable, and sales-driven in a collaborative work culture.
- Customer-centric and service-oriented, focused on hospitality and the customer experience.
- Adept at balancing multi-tasking and prioritization of tasks.
- Embrace challenges and overcome obstacles with positive attitudes.
- Possess an ability to handle conflicts and solve problems in a culturally diverse environment.
Background and Skills
- High School Degree, College degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in managerial positions in Casino Marketing or player development.
- In-depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Company Compliance Policy, and Credit Policy.
- In-depth knowledge of gaming products and services offered at Paiza, especially the Premium Program.
