Visual Brand Designer

We are seeking an experienced Visual Brand Designer to lead our brand visuals across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to create elegant and structured designs.


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our visual brand, including packaging, retail displays, digital campaigns, web and UI assets, video and motion, and large format designs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging & Product Design – from labels to layout to production files
  • Retail Display / VM – shelf talkers, tester visuals, campaign backwalls
  • Digital Campaigns – CRM, e-store, Meta ads, promos, pop-ups
  • Web & UI Assets – homepage visuals, collection graphics, light UX
  • Video & Motion – edit short-form content (IG reels, simple animation)
  • Large Format – posters, decals, event graphics, trade visuals
  • Creative Planning – visual calendars, shoot layouts, brand storytelling

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 4–7 years design experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or retail
  • A portfolio that shows smart layout, clean packaging, digital savvy
  • Mastery of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Bonus: Shopify, print production, Klaviyo or CRM visuals
