Lead Our Brand's Visual Story

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Brand & Creative Designer to bring our brand vision to life.

About the Role:
  • This is an opportunity for a creative problem-solver with a passion for visual storytelling to join our team.
  • You will be responsible for shaping the look and feel of our products across packaging, retail displays, digital campaigns, social media, and more.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging Design: Develop eye-catching labels, layout, and production files that reflect our brand's values.
  • Retail Display & VM: Create compelling shelf talkers, tester visuals, campaign backwalls, and in-store promotions that drive sales.
  • Digital Campaigns: Conceptualize and design engaging CRM emails, e-commerce visuals, Meta ads, promos, and pop-ups that capture customer attention.
  • Web & UI Assets: Craft stunning homepage visuals, collection graphics, and light UX elements that enhance our online presence.
  • Video & Motion: Edit short-form content, such as IG reels and simple animations, that showcase our brand's personality.
  • Large Format: Design impactful posters, decals, event graphics, and trade show materials that make a lasting impression.
  • Creative Planning: Develop visual calendars, shoot layouts, and brand storytelling initiatives that align with our overall strategy.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or retail design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing smart layout, clean packaging, and digital savvy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and basic knowledge of After Effects or Canva for animation and UI support.
  • Bonus skills: Shopify, print production, Klaviyo, or CRM visuals expertise.
