Job Opportunity: Visual Design Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a talented visual design specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing visual identities and brands for our organization, ensuring consistency across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain visual identity and brand guidelines for the organization.
  • Design visual materials to communicate complex ideas effectively, including brochures, banners, and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling visual narratives that align with organizational goals.
  • Provide creative direction for campaigns and media engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain alignment with organizational branding while developing unique design identities.
  • Liaise with vendors for physical material production.
  • Support internal events, launches, and recruitment efforts with custom visuals and branding materials.
  • Offer photography and video editing support as required.
  • Curate a library of branded templates and visual assets for consistent use.
  • Contribute to strategic communications planning and campaign development with visual design input.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A recognized diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a creative/design role.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • A design portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, branding, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interpret feedback and iterate quickly.
