Brand Identity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Brand Identity Specialist to create a strong, cohesive brand identity that resonates with American consumers. This role emphasizes the integration of brand design with impactful user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and visual style guides.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts and designs that reflect the company's values and vision.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure brand consistency across digital products, websites, and mobile applications.
  • Design and iterate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, integrating user feedback and usability data to enhance the overall user journey.
  • Craft engaging layouts and visual assets for websites, social media, presentations, packaging, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct and utilize market, competitor, and user research to inform brand and UX decisions.
  • Advocate for user-centric and accessible design solutions that support business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three-year working experience and one-year minimum brand designer experience.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy and digital user experience.
  • Adept with typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
  • Expertise in accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to deliver polished, user-focused designs that align with brand objectives.
  • Proficiency in design, prototyping, and product usability.
  • Experience with using Adobe's CC range of tools, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and Adobe XD.
