Job Title: Brand Identity Designer.

About Us: Delphi Digital is a research-driven firm dedicated to making crypto happen sooner and better. It consists of three entities (Research, Labs, and Ventures) with a shared brand and mission.

We offer high autonomy and creative freedom for our team members. Our design team collaborates closely with the research team and directly with clients to develop comprehensive brand identities that resonate in the crypto industry.

  • Develop and execute brand identity strategies for our firm and clients
  • Create visual elements including logos, color palettes, typography, graphics, and brand guidelines
  • Design marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets
  • Collaborate with the research team to visually communicate complex crypto concepts
  • Manage client relationships and present design concepts directly to stakeholders
  • Stay current with design trends and innovations across the landscape of design and technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute branding projects from strategy to launch
  • Deliver high-quality visual work on time
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in brand identity design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of brand identity projects
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  • Experience working with and managing fellow designers
