Creative Visual Concept Designer


Job Description:

The Creative Visual Concept Designer will produce visually compelling concepts that effectively communicate ideas and strengthen brand identity. This role involves defining project requirements, visualizing, and creating impactful graphics for campaigns, websites, packaging, and events.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Translate creative vision into collaterals and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in brand visuals, messaging, and style across all collaterals, channels, and platforms.
  • Support campaign creation for social media, digital marketing, and in-house promotions.
  • Design graphics for social media channels to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • Liaise with external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and ensure timely delivery of creative artworks.
  • Assist in media, influencer, and blogger collaborations through impactful design and creative support.
  • Partner with Operations and Marketing teams in developing campaigns and collaterals across various touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • A sharp eye for design that is both creative and impactful.
  • Flexible and adaptable working style.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a good sense of composition, typography, and layout.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on approach to work.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Visual or Design Communication or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of photography and photo/video editing.
