Job Title: Compliance Risk Manager

The primary objective of this role is to design and improve the company's compliance framework. This involves conducting thorough assessments on prospective clients and partners to guarantee a seamless onboarding process.

  • Ongoing monitoring of existing clients ensures that regulatory requirements are met and internal policies are adhered to.
  • The Compliance Officer will implement and enhance the Compliance framework within the organization.
  • Post-transaction reviews are conducted to verify adherence to regulations, balanced scorecard requirements, and internal policies.
  • CPD training hours for licensed representatives are tracked, and records are maintained.
  • Compliance reports are prepared for management and regulatory purposes.
  • Outsourced service providers are assessed, and the Outsourcing Register of Outsourced Service Providers is administered.
  • Staff queries related to compliance are addressed promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business-related fields is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance roles within the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Meticulous individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Financial Advisers Act (FAA), Insurance Act, MAS Notices/Guidelines, or Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework is an added advantage.
