Compliance Specialist Job Overview

The Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the bank's operations adhere to all pertinent regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include monitoring and documenting novel regulations, identifying new and revised local and BNM regulatory demands, and communicating these to affected departments.

Additionally, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for conducting independent compliance testing and verification, assisting business units in identifying process gaps against regulatory requirements, and developing solutions to address these discrepancies.

This position involves coordinating KRI reporting for all departments, tracking the submission of RCSA Annual Review and RCSA Control Testing for all departments, and facilitating updates on regulatory matters.

Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent communication skills, and experience in Regulatory Compliance related fields.
