Design and implement compliance procedures aligned with applicable MAS fund management company regulations for Metabit Asset Management Pte Ltd, its managed funds as well as its beneficial owners (the "Group)
Enhance the Group's compliance framework, including policies, controls and monitoring processes on an on-going basis
Governance & Reporting
Support senior management in risk assessment, compliance training and make regulatory filings
Maintain documentation and records required for internal audits, or regulatory inspections including monitoring of electronic communications and trade activity
Ensure KYC/AML compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline from a globally recognised university
3-7 years of relevant experience in MAS licensed fund management company within a hedge fund, family office, compliance advisory firm, regulator or similar experience accretive institution
Familiarity with MAS regulations (including LFMC and AML/CFT) and fund compliance best practices
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and high-performing team
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
Nice to haves
Experience in risk management and an understanding of risk principles, control frameworks for MAS, specifically in market, liquidity, technology and credit risk management
Understanding of quant hedge fund operations and processes
This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed.
