Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced elite coach to lead our athletes in competitions at the international level.

  • This role involves working with a team of coaches to develop and implement training and competition plans for athletes, conducting regular progress discussions, and evaluating plans for improvement.
  • The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and mentorship to guide and develop the team of coaches under their supervision, ensuring their growth and development towards achieving the organization's objectives.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, the coach will plan and coordinate support services for athletes at various levels.
  • The role may also involve working with other coaches and clubs within the sport community to ensure the achievement of the organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a good understanding of athlete needs, and a commitment to excellence in a challenging environment.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of competitive coaching experience at elite and developmental youth levels, with a solid understanding of all categories.
  • Preferably holds an internationally recognized high-level coaching qualification.
  • Possesses at least SG-Coach Level 1 (Full) certification or equivalent and is registered with the National Registry of Coaches (NROC).
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of coaches.
  • Strong knowledge of sports science principles, particularly long-term athlete development.
  • Effective inculcation of values and character development for athletes.
  • Excellent planning, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in English communication with athletes and stakeholders.
