Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end engagements, including pre-sales, sales enablement, and project delivery. As a dynamic Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for shaping cloud transformation programs, driving business growth, and ensuring successful delivery in both public and private sector engagements.

You will own and drive client engagements from pre-sales through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and business outcomes. You will collaborate with sales teams to develop solution strategies, proposals, and presentations, and translate client requirements into actionable solution designs in partnership with technical and delivery teams.

You will manage project scope, budget, resources, and timelines for complex cloud implementations, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client and internal teams, and provide governance and oversight across delivery phases to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Lead end-to-end engagements from pre-sales to delivery
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution strategies and proposals

Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology consulting, cloud delivery, or digital transformation roles
  • Background in systems integration, enterprise architecture, or cloud migration
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale cloud transformation projects
  • Experience in sales and pre-sales, including responding to RFPs and crafting solution approaches
  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud technologies, such as Microsoft Azure
