  • Ability to explain trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
  • AWS Certified (Professional or Specialty level)
  • Comfortable working remotely with high ownership and self-management
Nice-to-Have
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or container orchestration
  • Prior experience working at a software services or consulting firm
  • Interest in building internal playbooks and AWS best-practice guides
  • Exposure to cost optimization techniques
