Global Business Development Executive

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, work well with external business partners, capable of collaborating across multiple internal teams, and analytically-minded. Your core focus will be on acquiring new supply operators from within the travel industry. This role will also be responsible for managing and implementing strategies to increase revenue from a portfolio of existing supply partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard new Supply Operators
- Develop relationships with our existing Supply Operators to leverage them for additional growth
- Liaise between internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing) and your accounts to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth of bookings
- Identify market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business strategies
Requirements
This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools. You should also have attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills). Asian language skills are a plus. A minimum of 3 years of previous business development experience, preferably in travel-related products, is required. You should be a can-do, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with a global mindset and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds & time zones. Availability to travel may be necessary for this role.
