Job Title: Solution Architect Lead

About the Role:

The Solution Architect Lead is responsible for developing a forward-thinking technology strategy and roadmap, translating business vision and objectives into actionable technology initiatives and investments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop system architecture that supports business requirements and future goals.
  • Define integration architecture for ERP modules, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across functional areas.
  • Evaluate and select ERP software solutions based on technical requirements, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Develop architectural blueprints and technical documentation outlining system configurations, modules, interfaces, and data structures.

Technology Roadmap and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define an ERP technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing ERP capabilities and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed technology investments and upgrades.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on ERP system implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Integration and Interoperability:

  • Design and oversee the integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Establish standards and protocols for data exchange and interoperability between ERP modules and external systems.
  • Work closely with development teams to implement integration solutions and resolve technical issues during integration phases.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient data transfer.
