Job Title: Technical Manager

This role requires a strong technical background and leadership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of solutions architects and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of solutions architects
  • Drive pre-sales activities, including assessments, POCs, proposals, workshops, and support
  • Standardize services, create repeatable catalogues, SOPs, and SOWs
  • Enable team and partners through training, curriculum, and workshops
  • Develop and expand partner ecosystem, advancing vendor tiers and competencies
  • Ensure close alignment with sales and country leaders


Requirements:
  • Proven communication and presentation skills
  • 10+ years experience in a technical role
  • 5+ years experience in cybersecurity
  • Good knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, Network Security and Protocols
  • Knowledge of CrowdStrike technologies
  • Leadership experience
  • Ability to deliver impactful stage presentations
