About the Role

The Manager, Solutions Architect is a leadership position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the development of our Solutions Architects and driving the progression of our integrations function. The role requires a present leader who can manage a team of 3-7 Solution Architects, including hiring, nurturing, and coaching, as well as maintaining employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical domain knowledge in two or more areas such as SaaS, Marketing, Mobile, APIs, or Programming. They should also possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical subject area or business field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in a related area, such as implementation expert, solutions architect, business analyst, support specialist, or client success professional.

The Manager, Solutions Architect will be responsible for driving functional development on behalf of the Solutions Architect stakeholder group, representing the Solution Architects within our leadership forums, and guiding their team in managing clients throughout their integration lifecycle.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and development of our Solutions Architects
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among team members
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical subject area or business field
  • 5+ years relevant experience in a related area
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Strong technical domain knowledge in two or more areas
  • Understanding and/or experience of project management methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
