Research Associate Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will work on research projects in biostatistics and modelling, focusing on infectious disease dynamics and control using mathematical and statistical models.

  • Conducting thorough literature reviews to inform project objectives
  • Applying advanced statistical and mathematical modelling techniques to analyse complex data
  • Producing high-quality written reports, presentations, and publications
  • Collaborating with the Principal Investigator to achieve project goals

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics or a relevant biological subject
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in R and other statistical software
  • Interest in applying quantitative methods to epidemiology and public health questions
