We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Support Executive to join our team at Amity Global Institute Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Team in achieving annual new student recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Team members to ensure accurate processing of international student applications.
  • Monitor student profiles and details in the school management system.
  • Verify entry requirements, process student passes, and track course fees payments.
  • Liaise with ICA officers for rejected applications and appeals.
  • Analyze and provide solutions for rejected student pass applications.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to HOD on student pass applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
