Business Insights Specialist

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the world? We are looking for a Business Insights Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will engage with business management and the Program Management team by transforming data into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that drive business outcomes.

As a Business Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for consolidating and tailoring data views to support decision-making and analytical advice. You will also act as a data integrity ambassador, ensuring that business-critical reporting is accurate, timely, and accessible.

We are seeking a strong background in business management and financial tools, with solid expertise in data analysis and transformation. Experience with SAP systems and reporting tools, as well as advanced Excel or BI tools proficiency, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical data to non-technical colleagues are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Strong background in business management and financial tools
  • Solid expertise in data analysis and transformation
  • Experience with SAP systems and reporting tools; advanced Excel or BI tools proficiency preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical data to non-technical colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with senior stakeholders
