Project Manager and AI Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of strategic projects, focusing on AI/Automation initiatives. This role requires strong technical coordination skills, as well as the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Define project timelines and ensure effective execution, leveraging Agile methodologies to drive results.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business objectives, driving value through automation and AI-driven insights.
  • Manage and provide technical direction to AI/Automation Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI and automation, applying knowledge to improve solution quality and speed of delivery.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in project management and technical coordination within a technology environment.">
  • Solid understanding of AI/Automation Engineer responsibilities and technical stack.
  • Familiarity with low-code AI/workflow automation platforms, such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and other scripting languages.
  • Data querying and dashboarding experience using tools like Tableau or QlikView.
  • Experience with Python automation libraries, workflow tools, and AI/GenAI stack.
  • Programming languages and frameworks: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Java, or shell scripting.
  • Automation and workflow tools: Python-based automation, workflow engines, or low-code tools.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related highly technical field.
