What You'll Do

  • Sales Operations Automation
  • Build, optimize, and maintain workflows in Zapier, n8n, and related tools to streamline lead management, client communications, and appointment setting.
  • Design AI-driven agents that qualify leads, trigger WhatsApp outreach, and alert telemarketers in real time.
  • AI Content Creation & Funnel Building
  • Engineer prompts and deploy AI tools to generate marketing copy, sales scripts, and client engagement materials.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create AI-powered content funnels that increase inbound lead flow from our target demographic (40–65 years old).
  • Innovation & Growth
  • Experiment with new AI tools and automation platforms to continuously improve efficiency. Heygen, elevenLab for Avatar and voice training for content creation
  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows that directly increase conversion rates and team productivity .

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with Zapier and/or n8n (must have built advanced automations).
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model usage (OpenAI, LLMs, chatbots).
  • Experience in agent design / conversational AI flows (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger, email sequences).
  • Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and digital marketing automation .
  • Bonus: Experience integrating CRM systems , WhatsApp Business API, or AI-driven content marketing tools.
