**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a forward-thinking **AI Developer**to help architect and deploy intelligent systems that automate, personalize, and scale our swim school operations. You’ll work on projects like AI chatbots, recommendation engines for coach-student matching, automated scheduling assistants, and AI-driven analytics for business and coaching performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **AI Systems Development**
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools for operations, customer communication, scheduling, and coach training.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into internal workflows (e.g. GPT-powered FAQ bots, automated report generation).
Build and fine-tune recommendation engines for coach-student pairings or personalized learning plans.
- **Automation and Data Intelligence**
Develop data pipelines to collect, clean, and analyze customer and coach data to improve business outcomes.
Implement real-time analytics dashboards to track performance and forecast bottlenecks.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**
Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Tech teams to identify automation opportunities.
Translate business problems into AI solutions that are scalable and user-friendly.
Participate in agile sprints to deliver iterative enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including NLP, LLMs, or conversational AI.
- Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers).
- Familiarity with tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, RAG, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB).
- Experience deploying AI into production environments (e.g., web apps, CRM, internal tools).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
