**Your team**
- You will be working in the CDIO Shared Services organization within the Data & Automation Team. The role sits in the Data and Automation Team, operating mainly out of Europe and APAC offices, with partnering teams in other locations. Additionally, the Data & Automation Team works in close collaboration with functions across UBS who are providing policy and standards and leading the definition of the firm's enterprise-wide data strategy and proactively challenging the way the firm works with data and algorithms; as well as the group-wide Automation Office who integrates automation tools in the way our business processes are executed, and making sure we are using leading edge technology to make our processes leaner and better.

**Your expertise**
- an engineering background with specialization on Automation and Machine Learning projects is a must, evidence of previous experience is required (7+ years of experience)
- applied expertise in Python, RPA, C++, C#, Kofax, Alteryx, data visualization, Tensor Flow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Jupyter Notebook, Azure DevCloud, OpenCV or similar are a must
- experience in Agile project delivery methodologies, matrix managed change programs and scrum team management
- the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude, work in fast paced, high-profile team environments with ability to work under pressure
- concise and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a wider audience
- good judgement and a natural ability to solve complex issues and make sound and timely decisions
- professional experience within Banking Operations would be a helpful asset
- ideally experience in a line management role in a tech environment, experienced in coaching and developing talents in a global team
