Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Service Crew member. As a key part of our front-line service staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle food and beverage orders efficiently
  • Provide exceptional service to all guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Management and/or immediate superior

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and develop professionally in the specialty coffee industry is essential
  • A Food Hygiene certificate can be advantageous
  • You should be a team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest in developing your skills
  • You must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • You should be self-motivated with good people skills
  • You must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
